Meet the Digital Toucan Team
Daniel has over 10 years of experience in IT and as a software consultant in agile projects. He worked for the likes of Sky TV (on their recommendations engine) Eircom, Orange, Deloitte and Kainos (on UK government projects).
He also worked with Onzo, a London based utility startup on scaling their platform to thousands of high load customers.
In Digital Toucan he drives our technical solutions, rolling out Atlassian plugins on AWS cloud.
Daniel Turczański
Filip brings to Digital Toucan over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He held various roles. He started his career in a small UK-based hardware startup producing high-density storage to data centers, and continued in sofware development roles at Lufthansa Systems, NASA, and Intel.
He worked on Jira for 4.5 years, working on Jira Service Desk's cloud performance and leading the Ecosystem team. He currently works as a Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services AI, and acts as an advisor for Digital Toucan.
In his spare time, he runs, lifts weights and visits new countries.
Filip Rogaczewski
Arek is an excellence seeker. He always tries to optimize everything that’s around him. He has over 10 years of experience working on various projects spanning from financial applications for German banks, to mobile apps for education.
He spent his last 4 years developing Atlassian Jira. He worked on Cloud reliability, built automated delivery pipeline and developed APIs for the Jira Ecosystem. In his free time, he loves to play football, read books and speak at conferences, sharing his experience.
Arkadiusz Głowacki
Bartek is a driven individual who focuses on getting shit done. He has worked in the Atlassian ecosystem developing solutions for Cloud and Server customers for over 4 years.
His interests lie in natural language processing. In his free time he enjoys rock climbing and playing music.

We have multiple years of experience working with Jira. We've been developing Jira as part of the Atlassian team for over 8 years. We built some of the core features of the product and we helped with the development of some of the most successful add-ons on the Atlassian Marketplace.
